• Hedgerow Regulations (1997) and their implications for land management
• How to care for and maintain hedgelaying tools
• Safety procedures involved in hedgelaying
• Basic hedgelaying practices suiting the local style
• How to undertake basic hedge maintenance
• The different forms of hedgerow
